Account and Data Deletion Request
At EOD Network, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and global data protection regulations, you can request the deletion of your account and/or any associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, or to request deletion of specific personal data only, please follow these steps:
- By Email: Contact us directly by sending an email from your registered account email to info@eodnetwork.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Deletion Request".
- Required Information: Please provide your username/registered email and state whether you would like to:
- Delete your entire account along with all associated data.
- Delete only specific categories of data (without deleting your account).
Our support team will process your request and verify your identity. Once verified, we will carry out the request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon verification and processing of your account deletion request, the following information will be permanently deleted from our databases:
- Profile Information: Name, username, email address, phone number, profile pictures, and registration details.
- Account Credentials: Passwords and OAuth integration tokens.
- Service & Usage Data: Any metadata, preferences, or logs linked directly to your identity.
What Data We Keep & Retention Period
We may retain certain limited information even after account deletion when we have a legitimate business or legal obligation to do so:
- Financial & Transaction Records: Invoices, payment history, and tax records are retained for a minimum of 6 years (or as required by UK tax law) for tax and accounting purposes.
- Security & Logs: Minimal anonymized application logs may be retained temporarily (up to 90 days) for diagnostics and to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Data Anonymization: Once the deletion process is complete, any remaining metadata is fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to you in any way.
Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Account)
If you prefer to retain your EOD Network account but want us to delete specific personal information (such as contact numbers, profile details, or optional information), please mention this specifically in your email to info@eodnetwork.uk. We will wipe the requested data fields while keeping your core account active.
