Meet the founders, Terry & James

Terry Lowe and James Molineux first met in 2002 while serving in the Royal Engineers with 33 Engineer Regiment EOD. Between them, they’ve built over 48 years of hands-on bomb disposal experience across the globe.

But despite decades in the field, they kept running into the same problem: a broken, inefficient system for connecting contractors with the right subcontractors.

Highly skilled subcontractors were travelling hundreds of miles across the UK to secure consistent work, living out of bags, sacrificing weekends, and working far from home. At the same time, main contractors were under pressure, wasting time and money trying to fill roles at short notice, relying on scattered contacts and social media groups while overlooking qualified people nearby.

It didn’t make sense.

So they decided to fix it.

This platform was built from the ground up by people who understand the industry inside out. It’s a practical solution that connects EOD contractors with trusted, qualified subcontractors faster, smarter, and closer to home.

The right people shouldn’t be hard to find, and they shouldn’t have to travel halfway across the country to work.
